Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I am new to the site!

I took an Introductory Photography class at the local college while still in High School and became hooked. We used film cameras in class, which I enjoyed a lot! I have been thinking about getting a Digital SLR (Nikon D80); I know very little about cameras, my friend is very knowledgeable about them and has been teaching me some of the basics. He recommended this site for me, so that I can learn more on my own before making my big purchase!

I love black & white scenery photography. Ansel Adams is defiantly one of my favorite Photographers and I love old cameras! I own a 1955 Ricohflex TLR and I hope to get to take some photos with it very soon!
