Hi

I am Matt, I am a 24 year old photographer from upstate South Carolina. How did I get this way? Well, at the ripe old age of 9, I became interested in photography. This all started in a Charleston, SC art gallery. I remember seeing images of the old Cooper river bridges and thinking they were spectacular. When I got home, I began researching photography and cameras. Little did I know this would lead me down a 14 year road. My first camera was a Pentax IQzoom 130. my father bought it after I started going through 5 disposable cameras a week. Since then I have photographed sports, landscape, weddings, events, portraits and street.

Beside photography, I am also a student studying information systems and business at the University of South Carolina Upstate. I am also an avid knife collector.
