Help fixing an image

Just trying to fix that bright glare off the back of the neck from the guy in the middle. I've played with the healing brush to make it less noticeable (those adjustments not shown here), but haven't made it transparent. Any tips from the photoshop experts here would be appreciated.

You have "No Editing" set. Do you care if someone edits this so they can explain what they did?

Seems like a job for the clone stamp.

Should take all of 15 seconds.

the patch tool might also be a good thing to try.

Oh yeah go ahead and edit it. I'll give the clone stamp a go, don't know why I didn't think of that earlier.
