Help, I have a spot!

UGGGG! PLease help me. I have 2 spots on my Pentax K100D, its not on the lens but somewhere in the body itself. I have tried cleaning it with the little blower brush thingies, but it won't go away and I can't see it till I look through the viewfinder.

Can anyone help?

Try the bottom of your pentaprism. or the mirror.

i dusted that off too. Is there a technique? Or a way to see if its clean without having to keep putting the lens on and checking, then taking it off and doing it over again?

How much pressure can i safely apply when cleaning it?

As long as it's not on the sensor it'll do nothing but add a bit of character

First: I'm a bit confused. If you're sure it's in the body, why do you need to put the lens on to see it?

Second: Is it showing in your images? If not, it's probably somewhere in the viewfinder.

I really would not recommend brushing any of those parts behind the lens mount. Just use the blower (not the brush) and if that doesn't work, you could try one of the more specialist solutions. But do not apply pressure with a brush!
