Help identifying photographer PLEASE URGENT...

I really need to find out the name of this photographer. He from what i remember was an American. He shoots people usually by themselves standing on their own in a landscape type thing. Usually only the person is lit up. I believe he based some of his photos on myths or fairy tale type things. Thank you sooooo much to anyone that can help!:hug::

Can you be more descriptive? Where have you seen the photos? Do they typically shoot in black and white or color? What do you mean by a "landscape type thing"?

Oh, I know the guy you're talking about! He shoots with a big camera,and uses
a light to light up people. And all of his pictures look kind of the same, but each picture is different too. Yeah, the guy who shoots people who are standing on their own in a landscape type of thing...I've seen his pictures! They're awesome! I think he shoots Canon gear--gotta' love that L-glass!

I know the guy you're talking about! He's a good shooter. Does anybody know his name by chance?
