Help... Looking For Some Suggestions

I Have CS2. I Tried mask 4 pro, and digital anarchy. im looking for a good and easy to use program to help with cs2, pulling people out of their backgrounds to use with my digital backgrounds. any idears of programs you might have used. to many people say try this but have not themselfs. any help would be great. thank you.:hail:
