Thanks everyone! I think I'm going to go with the second picture.. I appreciate all your input!

As for the tee-shirt, I can live with it... Though the funny thing is that I told my brother to make sure he wore "non distracting, solid colors" to the photo shoot, and what does he wear? ARGH!
