Help me with Lens Babie

You'll need to shoot in full manual mode for it to work. It doesn't have electronic communication with the camera, so metering (and therefore modes like program, aperture priorty, etc) will not work.

Hope that helps and please give us more info if you need more help with it.

Shoot in manual mode, and use your Histogram to see if the shot was properly exposed. You won't really know if the sweet spot was properly sharp until you get home to your computer anyway, so shoot several images, and bracket some exposures while you're at it.

Thanks so much, the instructions didn't say to set the camera on manual. Your advice was perfect!

Ditto. I have a LB and love fooling with it, and yes, manual all the way; you won't really discern anything useful until you see it on your monitor. Start with the f/5.6 ring and work your way up/down, get a feel for the sweet spot--play with it...uh, this is getting suggestive--be right back.
