Help needed please for editing photos

Hi
Hi would really appreciate some help and advice on editing. I have access to elements 10 and 11. I am taking pictures of clothes to put on a website. I edit them using the quick selection tool but find this quite time consuming. Is there a quicker or easier way to edit them?

Also if I have the same style but in 3 colours on separate pictures, how do I get them all onto one image?

what needs to be done?
how many images?

Thanks for the reply. There will be a lot of photos, it will be more or less a full time thing. It will be pictures of clothes, eg jeans, shirts jumpers etc.
