Help on fixing HDR

Hey all, I took these photos last night and put them through Photomatix to generate the HDRs. I like the way they came out minus the hot spots in the fountain. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

whoaaa...that happens sometimes when I do it in photoshop, but it gives you a little curves thing so you can adjust them until it looks normal-ish.

I did a fountain shot too, and those unaligned pixels get weird fast. My 'solution' was to blend sections of the middle exposure over the HDR result. I like that last one, spooky territory ahead.
