Help : Photography Name

Hi Everyone,
i need some help coming up with a really good professional photography name.
What do u think:
illusions by lu / LJC illusions photography/ LC illusions photography/ creative illusions photography / unique illusions photography/ amazing illusions photography / .
Does any of these sound professional?
any advice?

Most of the pros I know use their name (damon billian photography, etc.).

Might be a good idea to use your name with name & area of expertise (damon billian, event photographer based in xxx).

damonb has the right idea.

Pro's sell themselves more than their photography so name recognition can be more important than a business name that has special meaning to the business owner, but few of the potential business clients.

The bottom line many clients use to select a portrait or wedding photographer is the photographer's personality.

Agreed. Around here all the true professionals use their name. All the myspace and facebook photogs use a name like "Wicked Images"

for free lance, use your name, for an agency use a company name...

E.g. I would do Photography by William Campbell as william campbell photography sounds dumb

but if i was an agency id call it something like moodycow photography (refering to the brides mums )
