Help Removing Reflection

So I dont know if this is possible, but is it possible to remove the reflection in this pic:

Any ideas? Total loss?

I think a polarizer on the lens probably would have helped before hand. As far as post-processing, you may be able to clone out the reflection, but that would be an awful lot of work, and it probably still wouldn't look right in the end.
