Help with Manfrotto...

I have a Manfrotto 694CX monopod (linked below). I also have these Quick Release plates installed on each of my Nikon bodies (also linked below). My question is, exactly which head do I need to install on the monopod that will accept these QR plates?

Look for head models with RC2 in the number.

I.E., 840RC2

If you want a monopod-specific head for your RC2 plates, the 234 is perfect. I leave the plate a bit loose on the camera to allow for some vertical adjustment in portrait-oriented shots. Ballheads are a bit of a joke on a monopod.
