help with out of focus photo

I need some "expert" to look at a picture I took this weekend that is really out of focus and tell me if there is anything I can do. I am willing to upload the photo here or email it to some brave soul.

I'm not sure if anything can be done to salvage the picture of this gorgeous girl, but I've got to try.

Nope.. nothing can be done. Anything you ever see on TV like that is a total load of crap.

About the only hope for anything salvageable (it's really not, I have to agree with those above) would be to run some pretty aggressive sharpening and then shrinking the image to hide most of the flaws. You might be able to recover a myspace/facebook/forum icon out of it:
