Help with RZ-18 cleaning

I have had my RZ-18 for about 4 months now, most of that time in Afghanistan, shooting daily. I seem to have acquired some dust particles, and what seems to be a hair or some kind, on the inner lens under the outer most lens. (sorry, im not sure exactly how to describe it). these particles are showing up in my shots recently and since most of what I shoot has sky behind it, they are very bad for my photos! I need to figure out a way to get in there to clean the lens off. does anyone have any suggestions? thanks so much
