i have a canon sx30 is and i want to take a bokeh pictures but i dont know how to do it.. i tried but it did'nt work. so how to do it with SX30 IS?can i do a bokeh with my camera?

What is a bokeh picture. Do you mean a picture with a small DOF?

You need the Bokeh Lens to take pictures of teh bokeh.

Bokeh is a term which refers to the way a lens renders the out of focus elements of an image. I assume, as Nate does that you're referring to a picture with a shallow depth of field. This acheived by using a large aperture (smaller f #) using either manual or aperture priority modes. P&S cameras have inherently large DoF due to their small sensor size and lens design so your inability to obtain the desired result may in fact be an equipment limitation.
