Hi all. I've been browser various forums and think this is the one I want to land in. Have found much great info and look forward to learning more.

I used to shoot a lot of film in the past, but recently changed over to digital with my first entry-level dslr. I settled on a T1i body since I had a couple of EF lenses already from my old Rebel 2000. I've been experimenting with some of my old manual lenses and have collected a few cheap soviet lenses recently.
