hello all,
after 2 days of lurking i figured i couldn't go another day w/o joining.
my passion for photography started about the time my daughter was born, almost 9 yrs ago. i started w/ pics of her, then just went crazy. i have a cannon rebel and i just got a macro for Christmas. i cant wait to break it in. i also have a kodak easyshare digital, but my first love is film. i have been dreaming about a digital rebel though...hint hint santa!
i am glad i found ya'll and i am looking foward to having alot of fun and learning some too.

Let me be the first to say WELCOME to TPF! I'll be in Dallas this week-end and I hope to get some good photos while I'm there....so stay tuned! It's nice to see someone else likes to stay up late.

nope... just met him a little while ago.... I'm the physco. :twisted:

seriously though... Texas does start with an uppercase T... it's a state. not a fish.

Not that I know of.

Are there any other towns to speak of 2 hours east of Dallas besides Tyler?

It was a good guess, but the odds were pretty good too.
