hey there - my introduction

hi there,
newbie to this forum.
i'm marta in london, 27, art student. i've always loved and practiced photography but i have no formal education on it (aside from a one year dark room course), so i feel a little 'underlearnt' on the technical side. i learnt intuitively - i know what some things are for, but not their names, and so on - like i was raised by wolves! so i'm really hoping to learn to use my cameras and lights well.
