Hi to all, My name is Ian. I'm a new DSLR user and looking for tips comments and a bit banter where possible.

I got a Canon EOS 1000D with lens and a 70mm - 300mm Tamaron Telephoto lens for xmas and I am loving it.
I like to take pics of snowboarding, my lizard and the great outdoors.
