Hi from North Carolina

Hello, my name is Madison. I'm 20 and residing in North Carolina, working as a Barista and a freelance photographer and attending college.

I started getting into photography about five or six years ago. I started off with my mom's digital Olympus camera, and I can't for the life of me remember the model. After the lens on that camera broke I eventually saved enough money to buy a Nikon D40x. I also shoot with a Canon Powershot a2000 as an everyday camera and I just recently purchased a Nikon D7000 that I am still getting used to.

I decided to join because after taking my photography classes at school over the past two semesters, it's made the art feel more like a chore to me and I need something to get my inspiration and motivation flowing again!
