Hi im New!

Hello, im new to the forum and am looking for some advice. I have studied a basic course at my local college and was wondering has anyone got any advice on which courses i can take to further my knowledge, i would ideally like to study from home. Thank you.

Here's a couple good free sites that have some articles on various photography subjects. You can always do an internet search for photography lessons or anything else you want. Honestly, the best way I learn is to get out and shoot! You can bring them back and get opinions on this forum and all that jazz. Welcome!

There is a huge literature on photography. Your local library will have some books and probably has exchange agreements with other libraries for many more titles. There are also books for artists on composition, lighting, etc.

thanks for the advice, spent most of the day reading up on those websites! I agree the best way to practice is to get out and shoot and i will put some of my pics up soon. thanks again
