I am originally from Eastern Kentucky but I now live in Lexington. I was never much into photography until I took a intro to photographic literacy course in college. We learned everything from the basics of shutter speed and aperture to how we can use our photographs to tell stories, question norms and express ourselves. I focus mainly on landscapes but also delve into portrait photography. I'm a rookie at best but I'm not too shabby.

I'd like to lean more about the technical aspects of photography, especially shooting indoors with minimal lighting, and also how to convey stories and really use my photographs for art more than recreation and pleasure.
