Hello,

I have a few 35mm Film SLR's and have done a very small amount of pinhole with a cap placed on the SLR body with hole.

Anyway I was thinking about possibly buying a Holga 120 Wide Pinhole camera.

Holga 120 WPC Panorama

I know I could make my own or even just use the cap on camera body method, but thought I might save the hassle.

What are your thoughts is it worth it?
Anyone have or used this camera or similar holga camera?

Maybe I'm better off saving my money and buying a proper medium format film camera????

Thanks

I assume that you are new to 120? $88 for the Holga, $5 for film (8 exposures at 6x9, 6 @ 6x12), $10 or so for processing and printing. That is going to get expensive very fast. For comparison, here is what I paid for some of my gear:

Old Epson 3170 scanner (a bit wonky): $32
Tanks and reels for $120: $5
Graflex TLR: $10
Hawkeye Flash: $5
Voigtlander Avus 6x9: $45
Brownie box 6x9, converted to pinhole: $5
