Horsing Around

After work I took in a few minutes at the Don Stables to unwind and came home with these captures.

I also spotted this guy way up circling around

I had to pick my wife up after work and with only 5 minutes to spare I made the decision to check out the field where I got the Northern Harrier yesterday and as soon as I got out of the car I spotted him and was able to grab a few images. It was the fastest shoot ever and timing was 100% perfect. I will have to remember that when I’m standing around for hours waiting for a bird to shoot.

Not bad for a full day back at work.

I really like the compo and sense of movement in the first shot, and the crop of the third last shot.
