How are these photos post-processed?

Please remove the images as they are not your own. The link is enough.

That being said, why don't you just reach out to the artist that created them?

Do a search on Google for photo editing tutorials. You might use key words like black and white conversion, grain, soft focus.

It seems to have a "hazy" look. Is it a grain that is applied or something else??

Oh and thanks for the histogram tip...I'll check it out.

As mentioned above, it's all in the histogram. I recommend messing around with the curves tool in whatever photo-editing program you're running. (in Gimp, it's colors>>>curves.)

This works much like this tutorial teaches

Agree with the posters above, though I do think a grain effect has been added as well.

You can also achieve the hazy look by adding a few different color overlays... The sun flares have been added and that's simple to do in photoshop..As for the grainy look, it's definetely added..may be a texture that has a very low opacity also...hope this helps :)

I guess it's the "add noise filter" with a softlight layer with maybe around 20% opacity

this look can be done in lightroom by lightening the shadows, darkening the highlights and adding some grain.

VSCO presets.
