I posted this exact thing on the Canon forum and only got one response... I'll try my luck here!

So, I feel like an idiot... but please help me out with this. Haha.
I have the 22" Speedotron Beauty Dish and I only have yongnuo flashes. I own a couple of L and T brackets, but they don't work with the beauty dish alone.

I'm trying to find the right adapter to connect to the Speedotron dish and then connect THAT to my L bracket.

I also read somewhere that you just have to completely replace the mount on the Speedotron dish in order to make it work with a flash... so, if you know where I could find a replacement mount that would work with a Bowen speedring then that would be awesome.

Or would something like this work? I could unscrew the mount of the dish and just screw this to it maybe?? Or is that not what this is for?

I've been googling all night long and can't seem to find it because I don't know the proper words to even search. Haha.

I'll welcome any links or in-depth descriptions on how to make it work.

Thanks so much!!

PS: Sorry if I'm not explaining very well... I'm super tired after a long, frustrating night of trying to figure this out.

Call here. Kacey Enterprises I believe if memory serves correctly they have a mount that will work with possibly some very minor modifications.

The link in your post should work just fine; two sheet metal screws will take care of it, but why not buy a Speedo light and use it properly?

Cool, thanks! Someone on another forum suggested the same thing. So, I'm now emailing back and forth about the matter with Kacey [or whoever, haha].

Awesome, thank you! I decided to go ahead and look into Kacey's bracket... it's probably even sturdier. I guess I didn't want to mess with Speedo lights since I'm so invested in my several yongnuo flahses. Plus, I'm kind of trying to just save up until I can afford to buy a few alienbees to replace my flashes. lol. I'm too broke at the moment for any big investments! :/
