About 3 years ago I made a photo of my ex and I thought it was rather nifty. It looks like she is submersed in layers and filters. My problems and question to you is how the heck did I make that 1st layer. The one with her hair green and skin the blue. Ive tried every filter and curve I can think of!

no no I am way over her. I want try this look with other pics but I am not sure what it was I did.
