You don't...you're here for life.

j/k

Agreed: you don't.

Here are your options: you don't want to be here, you just leave and don't post anymore. If you want all your posts to vanish, you can find them one by one and delete them yourself (you have that capability). But we don't delete accounts here.

Hope this helps. :)

I was thinking just last night that one of these types of threads hasn't been seen for a while.

I've been here only a little bit longer than you molsen and I can say with earnest that I feel your pain. Just take a break. GL.

How do I delete a post??

You click your heels and say "there's no place like home"

First you have to mail a written request to " what the heck was I thinking" Have your family and friends sign it.
We will get back to you with in 30 days. If you don't hear from us send another request. :lmao:
Thank you

Hopt to hear from you soon

Don't forget to include your cancellation fee.

If we don't get your cancellation fee, you get sent here. Send the fee....

If this forum is like any other, only the admin can delete an account, and only admin & mods can delete a post.

Generally speaking if you to go "edit post" and then "Advanced" mode for editing there is a delete post option at the bottom of the page. However this is only enabled for members for a limited time frame (a few minutes). Thereafter if you want a thread/post removed you have to contact the moderation team. Best way is to click the report post button (the little triangle with a ! in it on the lower left corner of a post) and fill in a report.

Note depending on the post/thread you report it might not be deleted if the mod team feel that its removal is not needed/proper, though most times things such as double posted comments or threads in the wrong section will be removed/moved without any fuss.

As for the original question (which I know is old) we don't typically delete member accounts here barring spambots and exceptional circumstances. Generally if you want to close your account here best policy is to change your registered email account on the forums to werwerw@werwe.com (or something else that is totally random) and then simply log out and then remove the links in your favourites/bookmarks.
Thereafter the forums won't send your email updates and you won't be visiting the site. Note you might also want to remove signature links and also the listed website in your profile if you filled in such details.
