This is a picture I took tonight. Any suggestions on how to make it better?
You did some PS work on this looks like -
Came out a mite too dark, like not a whole lot of information on the highlight end. Id show what I mean but that pesky like Red Warning under your name. . .
Its a little too dark, not very much contrasy between the table and the rocks (too much of the same color). I would like to see the rocks being more infocus and maybe try out some different angles, just try some different angles and see what comes out of it.
I was kind of thinking the same thing about the contrast. The table and the rocks seem to be too much in the same color scale. Maybe a different backing? Also, I agree with tolazy as far as different angles. Maybe shoot some more and see what you come up with?
Changing the pesky little red warning...Thanks.
By the way, there was no PS work done to this photo...went straight from raw to jpeg and that was the end of it.
This is what I came up with adjusting the white-point on each of the three RBG channels - cause there was like no information on that end, as well as adding a mothers-touch of sharpening and a hint of contrast:
Separate names with a comma.
