How do you attach files?

I know this is only a feedback forum, but i didn't know where else to go.
Why does it say at the bottom of the screen that i may not post attachments?

Anyone know?

Attaching photo directly, is a privilege for subscribers. Otherwise, you need have your photos hosted on-line somewhere.
