Find a picture you like. 2. Go into PSP or PS 3. Open the image up and then click on image>image size 4. Click on the box that says constrain properties if its not already 5 Go to pixel dimension and put in 100 width, the height should go to what it should be automatically. Then press okay and voila you have a avatar at the ready Note : This is just the way i'd do it...maybe not for others
