How do you turn posting attachments on?

I'm new to this forum and I am having trouble posting attachments. At the bottom of this page, it says "you may not post attachments". I was wondering how I could change this. Thanks in advance for your help!

We don't allow attachements on this forum. The simple fact that we are a photogrpahy forum, prevents us from allowing pictures and other files to be attached to posts. We would run out of room in a heart beat! Please see this thread for information on image hosting websites:

Make sure you have the file extension on there. Our Forum software requires that there be an extension for the image. Like .jpg or .gif etc...

this is how it would look when you make a post.
[ img] http://path.to/image.jpg [/ img] Of course it would NOT have those spaces.
