This is a good spontanious shot. It's rare to see a spontanious head shot that doesn't have under-exposed eyes. You've captured the moment.

The grain is not really an effect. It came out that way when the photo-place scanned it.

Nise shot. There's a little lack of detail in her hair especially on her right but it's not too distracting.
