How much to pay a marketing agent / assistant

I have an aquaintance who is offering to be my marketing agent / assistant for my photography company that I have just started. I want to make sure that I pay her a fair percentage but I am not sure what that value should be. Any suggestions?

It all depends on how much she done during the job. The more she does, the higher the percentage...

Talk to her and set up a base and go from there. Communication is a must; you want to make sure everyone is happy from the beginning, otherwise she won't last long.
