Does anyone have links or tips or tricks or even the correct name for this technique?

say i take 10 photos of different size wallets, i want to bulk resize the object in photoshop to say 50x50 when the canvas is 65x65.

I want all the images to only have 15px of white spacing around all 4 size, so the object remains the same size inside when you change pictures.

The problem i have right now is i take pictures at different focal length and the object is a different size, so when you scroll or goto next the image changes in size, (hard on the eyes)

any idea what im searching for?

1) Make sure the background is pure blown out white as soon as you get away from the subject far enough, for all your images
2) make an action that uses [Image --> Trim]
3) Resize as desired.
4) Now add back on the white space you want in that action.
5) Bulk apply the action to the files.

Thanks! you are the man, wish there was a thank you button!

Quick response too, total life saver. :hail:
