Sorry but that looks very much so fake, even at the small size they are posted on. I'd hate to see it in a larger size. I always just use the built in red eye reduction from my FastStone Image Viewer, works great and doesn't ruin the color in the eyes (as long as your do it right).

It's better to select the actual eye color from around the iris. In most cases, the original color will still be intact. Everything else is on par though.
