How to get in at a golf course?

I am trying to get in at a golf course to be there tournament photographer, but most places already has a contracted photographer. Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is usually taken care of by the group or orginazation having the Tourney, That's who you need to talk to.

I would suggest putting together a portfolio of your golf photography (in a book, or online) and give it to the event planner at the golf course. I'm sure there must be companies, parties, etc that don't know how to find a photographer, and the resident event planner at the course will then have your portfolio to show them?

i am actually trying to get in with some charity golf tournaments and shoot them for 10$ and able to put the pictures in a portifolio
