Replacing a background (I think that's what you mean) is relatively simple but you need to know how to use layers and mask out the foreground and the subject.

I may be wrong, but I don't think it is post processing. There are props that look like wooden floor-boards and a wallpapered wall. Google "photography props floors backgrounds"
