Here's an idea, how about NOT starting a nursing agency if you know absolutely nothing about nursing. How about instead, starting a business telling people how to start a nursing agency through crap spam on a bulletin board, because clearly that shows you have sound business credentials and are wholly reputable. No doubt this will involve buying a shoddily assembled PDF of information you could have found off the internet for free anyway.
