I was watching 'Silent Sundays' on TCM which showed the 1920 Harold Lloyd film short "Get Out and Get Under". It opens with a portrait session and I thought this was interesting to see a comedic version of the set up for a portrait from that time.

I don't know though, maybe this should be posted in Shop Talk?

It was interesting to see the whole set up in use in a 'moving picture' since I've only seen still photos of what was used.

I see the song was already out a number of years before the movie was made, some organist in a movie theater somewhere could've played it as accompaniment for the film; wonder if they ever did? That could've been their 'soundtrack'!

Interesting thought. I too now wonder if it was played to this movie.
I first heard the song during the documentary "America on Wheels" in 1996 (1996 was the 100th annv. of the automobile in the US as the merry Oldsmobile was built in 1896 and is considered the first US manufacture of autos).
