How would you fix the hard shadow in this pic

post the real original, the whole frame - if you used a raw file even better
the more pixels the easier to work on.

ed it looks nice but the problem ive seen with others is that it becomes too blown out

Yeah I'm learning that even in the daylight I need to keep my speedlight handy to try and fight off ugly shadow to make the editing process a lot easier. Also having a reflector can help as well if you don't have the speedlight as you can reflect light into the shadow.
