Howdy, never introduced myself

Hey folks,

I've been posting on here since May, but I never introduced myself.

My name is John, and I've been shooting since I bought my first Nikon APS P&S for $20 (took me a while to save that up) when I was eight. I'm currently a freshman at Bucknell University studying mechanical engineering. I took four years of photography class in high school (ending in AP where I got a 5/5 on my College Board exam), and I've won a lot of stuff, too.

I'm here to help and to learn more about this wonderful art.

I really like it here and hope to be here for a while.
