Hurricane Wilma - Power

The power grid in Broward County was heavily damage by Hurricane Wilma. A full week after the storm passed through south Florida more 316,800 customers in Broward County are still without power. The local media is asking why a Category 1 storm would do this leave of damage to power grid. And have begun speculating that cut back in power pole inspection and replacement maybe the cause.
