I can upload to someone else's gallery

When I am asked to enter category in gallery I am presented with my own name and ForzaF1. I tested it this AM and I can upload to that gallery. THis is clearly a bug.

Looks like the permissions/ownership wasn't completed when that gallery was created. I corrected it. Try it again. If that's not a fix, Chase may need to take a look at the actual gallery script.
