Yes, great choice of a P&S! I have the same exact model, and it is very nice.

Even does extreme macro! (Actually, this was done using a homemade macro filter - an element stolen off another P&S...)

The Nikon 880 shots were the ones of the temple I think I named the thread "The Exit" or something. The shot of the Nikon F3 I would think would be the most deceiving of all - that one came out really sweet. Course, it took several tries to get it just so... but.

Yep, with the macro filter on. As I'm sure you well know, you aren't going to get DoF that shallow normally... But it is a very nice camera, and if you know how to use it it will take great shots...

Wow, that is a neat camera! Didn't know they had SLR's *that* small.
The z712IS is bigger than that, although it still is pretty small.
