I just found out the importance of having dual media slots today

Yep, I got the dreaded ERR message and the camera wouldn't read/format that card. I put in another card to the same slot and it works just fine. The good thing about having dual slots is that I have a back up of all the pictures on a 2nd card. PHEW!

I had that happen once when I took the card from the camera to my laptop. I put it back in the camera and back in the laptop and everything was fine. *shrugs*
