I know this photo can be better... but it's really difficult to work with winter tones. Any suggestions?

have you tried b&w? or maybe a warming filter in ps?

I tried black and white, too much white in the sky. A warming filter... might work, but I don't really see it happening. Thanks much for the suggestions though!

Its not exactly centered. Crop some off the left side to where the rails will be even and you're good. -=D

See, that's the thing, its really weird. I tried that, except the dot to show where center is THEN moved off to the right. It looks like it isn't centered but it is... ahh

It is actually centered if you look at the center and follow it down. For some reason the right track completely throws it off.
