I Like Cake!

Just took this yesterday. My daughter is turning 1, and her mom wanted a fun photo. Not used to shooting with props, and highly reflective surfaces. C&C welcome. Also curious if the shadows are too distracting? They slightly bother me. Also, any tips to reduce the amount of shadows when using props for future reference would be great. Two light setup. Shoot through umbrella 45 degrees camera right, and fill light camera left. Thanks in advance!
