I like it but it needs work

I shot this a while back but I never had a chance to edit it. I have no idea how it got this chalky white cast (too much flash maybe?) as the walls were much darker. Anyway, I'd like to fix it. Feel free to edit it however if you do I'd like to know how you did it.

I had to clean up a lot of grain, and I messed with the curves, and green saturation just a little. I guess I could have spent a little more time on it.

Nice work. You really nailed it. You don't need to do any more work on it. I'll take this copy and fiddle with it. Thanks for the explanation too. I'm just getting started with Photoshop and sometimes I get lost.
